Exhibition Floor Plan

Each Exhibit Booth Includes:

• One (1) table
• Two (2) chairs
• One ID sign with company name and booth number
• One complimentary exhibit personnel badge
• Three (3) additional exhibit personnel badges at a reduced rate (500 RMB ($80 USD) each)
• One (1) 50-word company description and black-and-white logo* in the forum’s final program or other exhibit material
• One (1) copy of the supplemental issue about the forum, including forum program and abstracts
• * Color logo available at nominal surcharge. See the application form

Exhibit Space Rental Fee*

• All exhibits are 9 square meters with traditional pipe and drape.
• Each in-line booth is 1000RMB ($150 USD).
• A corner booth is 1300 RMB ($200 USD).
